Business Mathers deals with all enquiries from HM Revenue & Customs relating to employees and is entirely responsible for payments of all Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions relating to their payroll. Our clients, the employers, will be responsible for the day-to-day direction, supervision and control of their employees. They maintain workplace insurance as required by their business sector legislation. The client will be entirely responsible for all Health and Safety and employment issues arising in the workplace. The administration function of employee responsibilities is undertaken by Paladin Redline. The changes are only administrative in nature; neither employment rights nor accrued and existing rights nor years of service records are affected.
